Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days and expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier demands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@shopcategorylondon.com. We also offer store credit of the same value. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
